Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want all our clients to be satisfied with the work Alchemy & Waves Group Ltd (company number 17037511) provides. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Where we're unable to meet your requirements and you decide to cancel, the following policy applies.
Full Refund
If you cancel a project before we have started work on it, we will issue a full refund of any amount paid.
Partial Refund
If we have already started work on your project but have not completed it, we will issue a partial refund based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
No Refund
Once a project has been completed and delivered to you, no refund will be issued. For monthly retainer engagements, fees already billed for the current billing period are non-refundable once work on that period has begun.
Cancelling a Retainer
You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time by giving us 14 days' written notice ahead of your next billing date, to avoid being charged for the following month.
Processing
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days of approval.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this policy from time to time, reflected by the "Last updated" date above. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of the version in effect at that time.
